A delicious steak and noodles dish featuring cubed ribeye marinated with Boiling Point's seasoning and sauces, sautéed with bell peppers and onions, and served over garlic noodles.

What you need

white onion

lb ribeye steak

tbsp cooking oil

bell pepper
tbsp garlic paste

tbsp chili oil

tbsp picante sauce

tbsp salt & pepper
Instructions
1: Marinate the cubed ribeye with the Salt and Pepper seasoning mix and minced garlic. Set aside. 2: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the wet marinade and set aside. 3: In a large wok, heat cooking oil over high heat. Add ribeye cubes and sear for 5 minutes or until each side is no longer pink. Remove from heat but reserve the excess oil and rendered fat. 4: Using the reserved fat, sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened, approximately 2 minutes. 5: Add back the ribeye cuts and the wet sauce mixture. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes for medium rare. 6: Serve on a bed of garlic noodles and enjoy!View original recipe
